Shipping Policy

All Orders shipped via international Express & Registered shipping method.
Orders will be shipped within 72 hours after payment is cleared. The package will be shipped from one of our International depots located outside of the USA.

We provide 2 Choices for Shipping which is as follows:
Registered Shipping: Delivery timeframe 15-21 business days. It will show tracking movement after 7-10 days from the date of shipping.
Please note: packages shipped via registered shipping have limited online tracking. Should there be no movement seen on the tracking number, we assure you, the package is in transit and will be delivered.

Partial Shipment
Large orders will be shipped in Multi packages over different dates. Information is provided in your Order history - Log on to My Account - Order history for details

Short Shipment/Damaged Package
We provide highest quality service and should your package be incomplete upon delivery please provide details and evidence to (support email) or contact our Customer Service team.

Non Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid and correct address when placing the order.
Packages with an incorrect/insufficient address will be redirected to the Dead letter section of your Local postal service. Seldom are packages returned to our offshore depot.
Every attempt is made to ensure a safe and secure delivery within 21 business days (Standard Shipping) and 14 business days (Express Shipping) from the shipping date. Postal delays do occur due to Holidays, bad weather and airline schedule disruptions. Our Customer Service team can provide the latest delivery times.

Discreet Packaging
All goods are packaged discreetly. Contents cannot be identified from the packaging, no reference or markings to identify contents.

Reshipment
We will replace any order that has not been delivered providing:
1. Shipping address as received is correct and reconfirmed
2. 21 business days from shipping date has lapsed (30 days)
3. Customer Service is contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date.

Cancellation
Due to the fact that the logistics company processes orders within a few hours of receiving an order, it is not possible to cancel an order after 24 hours. Should you no longer require the product, please contact our customer service team and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.
